Valorant Credit Calculator
In Valorant a win pays 3,000 credits and a loss pays 1,900, then 2,400 and 2,900 from the second and third loss in a row, plus 200 per kill and 300 for a Spike plant. Credits are capped at 9,000.
How to use
- Enter the credits you hold now and pick how this round ended: win, loss, or loss where you survived.
- Enter how many rounds your team had lost in a row before this one, your kills this round, and tick the box if your team planted the Spike while attacking.
- Choose the next round type. A regular round carries your credits over, the first round of a half resets to 800 and an overtime round resets to 5,000.
- Check the rifle and Heavy Shields prices, then read the result: your starting credits, whether a full buy is possible, and what you would have if the round had gone the other way.
How it works
Next-round credits = credits now + income, capped at 9,000. Income is the round result plus 200 per kill plus 300 if your team planted the Spike as the attacker.
Round result: a win pays 3,000. A loss pays 1,900, then 2,400 on the second loss in a row and 2,900 from the third loss in a row on. A player who loses but survives, either as an attacker who never planted (or whose planted Spike timer ran out) or as a defender after the Spike detonated, gets only 1,000 and no loss credits.
Resets: the first round of each half starts everyone at 800. In overtime every round starts everyone at 5,000, whatever they held. The cap was lowered from 12,000 to 9,000 in patch 0.50.
Rules and default prices (Vandal and Phantom 2,900, Heavy Shields 1,000, listed as Heavy Armor) come from the Valorant Wiki Credits page, checked on 15 October 2026 for Unrated and Competitive. Change the prices after a patch. Swiftplay and Replication use other income tables and are not covered.
FAQ
How much do you get for losing a round in Valorant?
1,900 for the first loss, 2,400 for the second in a row and 2,900 from the third in a row. Winning pays 3,000 and ends the streak. Kills add 200 each on top.
What is the maximum credits you can hold?
9,000. Anything above is lost, and the calculator shows how much. The cap was 12,000 before patch 0.50.
Do you get extra credits for defusing the Spike?
The wiki Credits page lists no defuse bonus, only the 300 for planting as an attacker, so this calculator uses 0 for a defuse. Some guides mention a 300 defuse bonus, but we found no official source, so it is left out. If that changes, add it to your current credits by hand.
What happens to my loss streak if I survive a lost round?
Survivors get 1,000 instead of the loss credits. The wiki does not say whether the streak counter still rises, so the calculator counts it as another team loss. Kill and plant bonuses are assumed to be added on top of the 1,000, which the wiki does not spell out either.
When do credits reset?
At the first round of each half, to 800, and in every overtime round, to 5,000. Pick the next round type so the calculator applies the reset.
